門市退換貨原則

  1.  如需退換貨商品,請於消費日起七日內攜帶發票、交易明細及完整商品至原購買門市辦理。若未攜帶發票、非完整商品或逾期,均無法辦理退換貨。

  2. 換貨方式:由門市開立等值換貨單據交付,消費者需於單據開立當日使用完畢,如遺失不再補開,逾期失效,且恕不找零。

  3. 消費者於結帳前應仔細檢查商品有無瑕疵,結帳後因人為因素導致之商品損壞或故障,恕無法辦理退換貨。

  4. 使用提貨券、折價券購買之商品,如辦理退貨恕無法退還提貨券、折價券,僅能以換貨處理。

  5. 商品售後服務:商品非人為因素導致之故障,依保固貼紙保障之期效內得攜帶原購買憑證保固標籤或發票與完整商品至原購買門市辦理退換貨服務;超過保障期效者,恕無提供退換貨服務,請顧客自行維修處理。

  6. 易腐敗、保存期限較短商品如生鮮、蛋、米、冷藏(凍)食品等、菸酒及已拆封之商品,恕無法辦理退換貨(除無法於購買當下立即發現之瑕疵,不在此限)

  7. 客製商品(如:電腦調色漆、裁切商品…等)因依照顧客需求訂製,若非商品出廠瑕疵,恕不接受退換貨

 

  1. The customer shall bring the invoice, the transaction receipt, and the complete product to the store within 7 days of purchase for product replacement. The product can neither be returned nor exchanged without the invoice.

  2. Exchange method: Replacement document can be used to exchange for products that have the same value as the product that is being replaced. The replacement document can only be used on the same day when it is issued. We will not be able to reissue the replacement document if it is lost or expired, and no change will be given.

  3. Please carefully check the product for defects prior to checkout. Products with damages or malfunctions caused by human errors or improper operation cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Products purchased with pick-up or discount coupons can only be exchanged for other products. Coupons themselves cannot be reimbursed.

  5. Post- sale services of the electronic product: Products that aren't damaged due to improper use can be returned or exchanged within the warranty period on the proof of purchase sticker of the product. Please bring the complete product along with the proof of warranty sticker or invoice to the store for the return service. For products that are expired to the warranty period, the exchange and return service are no longer available and customers must repair the products on their own.

  6. Commodities that are prone to spoiled and have a short shelf life such as raw food, egg, rice, frozen food, tobacco products, alcohol and the products that have been unwrapped are unable to be returned due to hygiene considerations. (The policy will not be applicable if there is defect that is unable to find before the purchase.)

  7. Since custom goods (Ex: Colorant dispenser, Cutting goods, etc) are customized based on the customers' personal demand, we do not allow return or exchange unless there is any defect during the manufacturing process.
